German-built steam loco for Brazil broad gauge

We mentioned Brazil's Irish gauge (1,600 mm or 5'3") railways recently, so here is a manufacturer's advert for one of their steam locomotive from about a century ago, built by Maffei of Munich.  The description states it to have a front two axle bogie, but we can only see one, a 2-6-2 type.

Other specifications stated:
Total heating surface including steam super heater: 230 m2
Service weight: 69 tonnes
Top speed: 70 km/h
