London & South Western Railway London to Plymouth Express

From the 1900s, what could almost be a chocolate box cover.  It looks like a 4-6-0 in front, but according to this page, L&SWR locomotive 457 was a 0-4-0ST dock engine.

The loco is a G14 class 4-6-0, I think: see . The painting appears to be based on a photo, a copy of which is currently available on E-Bay, that's captioned as showing a Plymouth express near Wilton, c.1910: .
